Need help here guys " Upwork & Fiverr "

Few months ago i made an account on Upwork ,since that i have been trying to get a job on it so i exhaust all my monthly connects on sending proposals and i end up with nothing .
Since i'm a newcomer on upwork who hasn't got any job no reviews no feedback , they wanted to encourage me and give me a hand ,So they sent me an email to inform me that they have suspended my access to upwork because that means the jobs posted by clients are not a good match for my skills " they gave me a finger instead " : )
so i wanted to know
how could i reinstate my account !
how could i enhance my opportunity to acquire the job " i bid low "
Can i exchange reviews with anyone here who needs the same thing so we can get jobs over there ? "if thats possible to do on upwork"
I'm also looking for exchanging reviews on Fiverr so i can get jobs over there "any groups for this issue ? "
If anyone knows other sites easier on getting jobs , Please advice .

Upwork won't reinstate. They are a pain these days. They will tell you that they don't need your services and they they want to stick to their decision. IDIOTS don't understand that it's not easy for newcomers with 0 feedback to get a decent job over there. Yet, they ban you for STUPID REASON.

I have never seen a more rude freelancing platform.

I was lucky to get two jobs as newcomer but they banned me anyway because of using too many connects. I read reviews on sitejabber so I was expecting it. You can try to buy old account with high job success rate.
