[Need help] Help me modify a WordPress template, please

I'm really a noob when it comes to design or programing, and usually I try to fix the thing and then I end up in loosing time with overusing Google.

Anyhow, I have the drag & drop template and I need a site like this:

So, pretty basic stuff, nothing complicated.

I need someone who will help me going trough the process of configuring that whole problem which in my eyes is as big as a skyscraper...

What template are you using? Do you know basic html or css?

The template is called "drag & drop", I know some HTML code but nothing useful in this situation.

Unfortunately I'm the one that is good in selling things, not build them, so that's why I'm in this situation.

Have you tried the template's main control panel or the Widgets section? That's usually how you modify a WP theme without having to go into the PHP code.
