Guys can you suggest me monthly charging offshore hosting service ( 2.5$-3.5$ per month). I need suggestions from your experience.:cool: The website I'm going to host is not too much large ( 60~100MB).
Can you tell me a good DMCA complain ignored hosting service by your experience. :)

None. They all gets shut down after some time..! Literally all of them. None of the are reliable for long term. American laws are extremely powerful even overseas!

I had bad experience with them.. some of them just suspended my Account and run away with my money..! I have lost money doing this. I just stay away from these DMCA ignored bullshit. I will recommend you too to not use them

And you will find reliable hosting providers.
Just get in touch with the one you want read the reviews yhen purchase it
 
I would look for a host in Molodova, or Iceland if I were you. The only true offshore countries.

Am I right in saying that most important in this thing is registrar where u keep your domain ? Hosting u can change easily if they shut you down , but if your domain is in other registrar like njal.la and u host sme here else , u can easily switch the hosting a and they can't do anything about u ?
 
Your budget is too small for your requirement. $2.5 to $3.5 is for cheap shared, normal hosting.

For reliable DMCA-ignored hosting you may need to shell out at least $12 or more.
