Need help growing a current $9k a month membership site.

I'm looking for someone that is really good at building a marketing plan and getting traffic.

I have a membership site that bills roughly 9k a month. I built my own site and did my own email marketing and grew it to this point by myself.

I have a great niche and awesome content and customer service, I have a 90% retention rate on my students.

I have exhausted everything that I can do myself and know there is so much more potential since I am new to IM. I know an expert could blow this up to a huge money maker.

I have all the fullfillment( which is done live and daily) all the customer service in place... I just need help scaling it to 90k a month instead of 9k.

If you are interested and feel you could set up a system I want to set up a large rev share with you ...

what's your main source of profit for this site? adsense, paid subscription, paid service?

Are you interested in trying SEO?This could be a great way to get new visitors daily

Paid subscriptions. They get daily live trainings

4.are you willing to sign a contract

well, members are just splinter cell sales people. wouldnt affiliate marketing make more sense to you at this point? Getting members to help get new members?

there is also publishing ads on a membership site. buyers are ready to buy.

thanks... i have already offered an affiliate program to my members... some have taken advantage of it and have referred a few people already

My advice - create an affiliate center for your membership and offer at least 50% commission of monthly recurring payments. Then let everyone here try there methods of promoting your site
