Need help! gowing in reels channel.

Hello guys!
i want to start with growing multiple reels channel.
I am looking for a tool basically free or with minimal cost to download reels from YouTube and Instagram in bulk from other channels.
i will reupload them to my channels and right now i am not thinking to monetize those channel just want to grow than and try to generate traffic further after certain limit i want to monetize traffic with cpa offers.
i have registered account with ogads which i will be using for cpa offers.
this might sound little noob but i am starting with this for first time and i want to take action rather than just reading but not implementing not worried of result/outcome but i want to start off and try it.
