need help, google is mass blocking my gmails

Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well.

I am an email marketer
I buy Gmail accounts and use them to warm up domains for actual campaigns. I use proxies and an auto-login script.

The issue I keep running into is with the bots or detection systems. When I get the Gmail accounts from a provider and log in, everything seems fine at first. But by the next day (check day), the accounts often get flagged or blocked — it’s a recurring problem.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Logging in only (no actions) to let the account stabilize
• Logging in + phone verification
• Logging in + adding a contact + sending an email + replying (manual or automated)

If anyone has a method that’s been working to avoid Google detection or improve account longevity, I’d really appreciate your input.
