Oh simple I always use google voice. With goolge voice you need to input your number to verify, but if you set up 4 email accounts with google voice back to back you can use the same number to verify those. So you get 4 google voice numbers for the cost of one.

That part you can use VCC's either create your own if you know how, or buy some on here. Or if you have access certain gift cards at your local store will work.
