Need help getting traffic to my website

Hello!
First time posting here! So I have made a website and a YouTube channel. I do tech tutorials/reviews that kind of stuff. So I would like to get some tips on how I could gain some traffic. I would appreciate if you could go in depth about your recommendations as I know that there are lots of smart people here.

I also have done some research myself so I have a few questions that I hope I could get answers on.

1. How do I find similar blogs where I could engage with the community and share my content.
2. Same as 1. but for YouTube channels.
3. What are the best ways I could promote my content on social media?

I'm sorry if I look like I don't know what I'm doing that's just because I don't know what I'm doing...
