If you keep getting rejected, just blow smoke up their ass about past experience, earnings networks you've worked with, sites, etc.
Obviously, only do this if you are truly motivated and willing to work with them, but sometimes that's what it takes to get on with a network.
I've had the skills to make great money with certain networks, got rejected for some reason or other, then embellished my application, got approved, and went on to make $1k/day with them.
