Need Help Getting Accepted With CPA`s

I`m in a few, but I need to be in much more! I m not new to CPA`s, but I have problems accepting me! So if you are in major CPA companies and you are in good relationship with Affiliate managers, and you think can get accepted me, I can sign up under your refferal link, so you will get good comisions after me!

Hi, i got rejected form a lot but once you give them a call, ask to speak to an affiliate manager, then tell them youll be doing ppc marketing on adworods,yahoo etc with niche specific landing pages they almost always accept you, havnt been turned down yet after a phone call.

Yeah I read that thread too, but I have problems giving them calls as I my primary lanquage it`s not english! If here is anyone who wold like to sign up under him and get comisions after me in exchange to help me getting accepted I really apreciate it!
