Need help getting accepted by **************

First I want to say hi to all bhw members, this is my first post here.
My short story:
I found bhw in July 2009. After a lot of reading the forums I started doing wowhaxors whitehat adsense method (the one with the tv-episodes). Yesterday my adsense account was disabled .I was doing only this method on adsense and not made a lot from it (august 230$ and september till now 520$).
So after my adsense account was disabled I decided to do the tv shows+cp@lead gateway method. In a couple of hours I made a nice looking wordpress blog and now I don't know how to apply to get accepted into cp@lead? (hardest question for me Please describe how you will get your users to complete our surveys: ).
I would highly appreciate if someone could help me with this, I can send you my websites url if you could really help me.
Why I'm asking this? Because I read the guides here, which can help you to get accepted, but cp@lead is not the usual cpa company...

Any help is appreciated (or if can recommend me other ways to make money which are not very very hard, I would also appreciate that)
PS: I'm not from US, I live in Europe.

I really don't know why was I banned, I was doing this method:

I was using only this site on Adsense

You weren't doing actual tv episodes right? Notice I say to just write a recap of the episode, because AdSense wont let you have it on a site with copyrighted material like tv shows.

You may want to look into using BHCB as it will pay out much better than CPA lead.
