need help getting a new kindle account

not sure really where this goes but i need help getting a new kindle account.

just got an email today syaing they are closing my kindle account. how can i get a new account? any ideas?

one probem i'd have is i can't change my ip address.

anyone that can offer some advice i'd greatly take. thanks.

You're screwed. Shouldn't have spammed PLR content!

Unfortunately Kindle has the toughest system checks out there.

You need an new ip, new physical address, new bank account number, new computer and new books, if you try to publish all the same books they actually blacklist the actual books as well to stop you doing that and you have to totally redesign them.
