hey guys, i got my website and its underconstruction, i'm facing some struggles with word press, cause i cant put the ideas in my mind appears on the website, the website is related to video games and i got my traffic ready to go, i just need to make my website looks how i like, so please if you think you may help with wordpress, please dont hesitate, it will be a huge step for me to achieve my dream :) thank you very much

What exactly do you expect someone "help" you with?
If you want a wordpress designer and coder, you'll find it very difficult to find "free help".

Simply hire a freelancer to design and set up your website.
If you don't have the cash, then use a theme.
If you don't want to use a theme, then download guides to teach you how to design and code it yourself.

You know something guy, people don't come here to work for others for free. The worst part is, when someone gives you advice and free work, you fire them and don't listen to a damn thing. I thought you were a nice guy at first but I changed my mind

How can you come here and bitch about people not helping you for free? Open your god damn wallet if you want help, you'll get plenty

You're a lazy POS and you're trying to convince people to do everything for you. I offered to help you and as soon as I started you had to take a nap. I fixed your mess and then when I woke up today you had reversed everything to your original piece of garbage.

I was ok with the BS but seeing you make this post above, it just pissed me the fuck off man. Do your own god damn work or fucking pay for it

bro don't missunderstand me, you are canadian and i live in the other side of the earth, your 11pm is 6am for me and i didnt sleep, you said that you'll help and i gave you a role as an editor and you did, but you kinda just left me in the middle not knowing what to do, i told you i had no clue of what you did so i had to start over following some kind of tutorial, i'm sorry if you felt that your work went for nothing
 
Listen OP, when something comes free to people who don't really care for people who really help, then the helper and all his help has no value. also, you're not able to express your ideas in words yourself, so how would anyone visualize what you want? WP is kind of graphical interface, so you must have a definite idea of how you want it (the WP site) to look like, where the elements are going to be, what are your ideas about what your visitors want so see there... go through this thread yourself and see if you can make heads or tails out of your own posts.... I mean, would anyone know what exactly are your requirements and ideas? All your posts are just fluff and nothing logical is coming out of that picture, sorry to say the fact...

You want help free help... you would want your site to look a certain way, but you have no idea about it.... you want to see it and then may be if you don't like it, even if it is a top-quality design, then the work goes to waste.,.... spend some money on a WP web-designer/programmer, and you'll accept any design he produces, otherwise, a free WP worker is just a force you want to use it to extreme... from what I've read from another member above me... isn't that so?

If you want something free, then have that special attitude towards our members here and you might just get what you are looking for! :)

If you go to sleep as soon as someone starts working on your site there's not really any way to communicate, is there. I made sure to contact you first thing the next day to go over the changes, not sure how else it could have been done.

That's not what bothers me, though. I waste my time in much worse ways than that. I can understand if I didn't do what you wanted

It's about your attitude toward people not jumping at the chance to do your work for you

ok to be clear: i gave info to login as an admin and you did the following:
clicked on "posts" then categories, and added 3 categories

wow i wanna thank you for your phenomenal "help" i cant even describe, but no bro thats not what i need, but doesnt matter i want to thank you for the precious 30 seconds you are humiliating me for, i wont be offensive like you, but because i told you about my plans and what i'm willing to do, its not a reason to call me leech, and what i did so far was by me alone, and when i struggled, you come here to offend me.

Anyway guy, don't beg people to do your work. That's the problem, not you wasting my time
 
I met the similar guy few days ago..He saw me posting here on some web design threads,helping people out with mostly basic WP things,then he went to my portfolio and picked some CPA template and put together some shitty story how its hard to learn and he dont have time cause he is in high school and he demand me to give him that template for free if im the real "HELPER".I mean WTF,thats so ridiculous that i dont even know where and how to start explaining him in how many ways this shit is wrong.

No one is supposed to give you nothing,best thing you can expect is some guidelines in right direction from people and thats it.The rest is up to you.With so many tutorials,videos and live examples you are still waiting to be spoon fed.Its pathetic...

you can move on with your life if you want, but thank you for the lesson, internet can be brutal as it can be kind, i'll be more aware next time with chosing people, and if i reached this far alone, i'll finish it alone, have a great life
 
Just create a website, choose a wordpress template related to game, and modify and boom, ready to go.
 
OP, what exactly do you need help for, your post is extremely broad. If you can narrow it down I could give some advice / tips
 
Never, ever, ever help the leeches. That's unless you don't have any self respect for yourself and your time.

@blackerthanblack, you learned a good lesson. In time, you will learn to weed out the leeches and be able to see who really deserves your help.

Helping is nice, but it is very irresponsible to help everyone unconditionally.

all what i can say is that I can be changed by what happens to me. But I refuse to be reduced by it

you may all think i'm a leech but i know in deep inside of me i'm not, and i fuckin sent you a message @blackerthanblack on skype telling you why i deleted your work, none of you who thinks he is god had a perfect start, you all fuckin struggled at some point, and i feel like i'm fucking dying with all ur fuckin hate all i get is miss judging and getting stabbed in the back, all i asked for is a bit of help, and i told you in the msg @blackerthanblack that i'm going to follow a fuckin tutorial i found on the internet to learn from it and i even showed it to you, and you telling me now i'm a fuckin leech, so this random guy @jazzc throws a comment to show that he is god and knows everything but let me tell you, i dont even care what you think, i'll do it my fuckin self
