Need help from UK chaps.

Here is a map divided by areas. I need up to 9 major cities/towns from each area. Where can I find this info? Obviously I have a regular map but too many Cities fall in the middle and I'm not sure where they actually belong. This is for a news website so I need the largest cities.

PM me I have lots of list of UK towns/cities split out by areas/counties. Alternatively use this list and go through them manually to work out what region there are in.

I have found a county map that will do the job. However that list of 200 is also what I needed. Thanks man! Problem solved.
