Help! I'm going to launch push notifications, can you suggest me a normal network with an adequate price for traffic?

1. SmartyAds.
2. PropellerAds.
 
Almost all push network's traffic nowadays are fake bot traffic. However, PropellerAds is the best even though they also have fake bot traffic mixed into their traffic sources.

but the pricing for publishers seems to be low , per mille(thousand impressions pennies). add/correct/suggest
