Need Help ! from the experts

Hey everyone ive been looking to buy and sell sites but im bit impatient and dont want to create sites which require shipping to customers so e-commerce aint my thing . I need something which kind of motivates me to keep patient and enjoy the journey but im not sure what kind of site i should make which would give me something to do each day while it grows in traffic so if you got any ideas i would really appreciate it as im bit of a plain guy !

My only slight hobby i could say is - football but dont want to do anything with betting already lost 20k in 2020 lockdown .

I really enjoy flipping things so buying something and flipping it overnight but i dont see that as domaining and websites ive heard take time to sell so if you can let me know anything which can do the trick.

Get into the offroad niche. People are using their quads to make runs to the store to save a little gas.

Lots of different brands and models, lots of tech stuff and parts to write about, lots of people looking for trails and/or vacation spots with trails.
