Are you saying someone hacked your site and added that page?

This should be the came os malware or some viruses. I once experienced such kind of activities in my FTP and more than 10K new files were created.

    Better fix it

First things first : Reinstall your Computer (the computer you use to work on your website) Then login from this comp and CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD!!! Cpanel Password, FTP Password and website password.

    Then start cleaning the files!

You can scan your website here : http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

Or you can scan it manually (download all files on your computer and scan them)
