Hey Everybody!​
So I need help from you guys, I make websites for clients locally in my country and want to go bigger, start marketing, do local SEO for my website and etc. I'm really no professional in this business but I have a problem I'm faced with. I'm 17 y.o and heading to med school, I know I won't have the time to dedicate to making websites, dealing with clients, and other stuff when school starts so I am looking for other stuff to make on the more passive side that won't take up a lot of time, I was thinking of making a "body massage place" and just outsourcing girls and taking commission but realized that it's much more complicated than I thought (Trouble to hire girls and etc.). I've been looking for methods on forums for a really long time now and currently, I think the best way to stay in business is to make an actually good web-dev team and just outsource people do to the work for me keeping the difference. Also thought of starting some local SEO websites and maybe selling them for a profit/advertising some services/products there.

If anyone has any more suggestions or any tips for me not to be broke I will be happy to listen!

Why should a good web-dev work for you? Same for other opportunitys. Why should one work with you? Whats the benefit for others? Do you have proper funds?

If so, i would suggest crypto related biz. Im making like 600€ per month using 3k for trading.

Agreed, delegation can't be your only skill. You can't delegate someone to build your business system for you. Once you've tried and tested something that is working for YOU, then you can delegate it to others. Good luck thinking about delegating when you don't have a realistic order under your belt :D

OK, so you are already into the medical world, as you would be soon going to medical school. What are the aspects within the medical world that already inspire you and of which you already have knowledge ? Why not create a YouTube channel around that niche and slowly grow that channel, once it get monetized, you will earn from it & you can also do some affiliate marketing through your YouTube channel, you can do paid promotions (reviews). You will be doing what you are already passionate about and earning a side income from it.

congrats on med school. IM is a serious business if you want to make money. you need to sped money to make money. Also time. With med school, I doubt you will have much time. Time and focus is what is needed, which I doubt you will have.

with the business concept you mentioned, client expect you to be accessible at all times. med school will not allow you to do that.
 
Flipping websites is a good business, but there is a learning curve. You need to be able to create websites, grow them and make them profitable before thinking of outsourcing. Usually takes a year or couple of years to master the skills that are needed to run any online business through outsourcing.
 
body massage place? Dude, you're 17 going into school.. do you have funds to buy a building & rent the spaces & hire employees? It's not that simple as Gary vee preaches :D Even though - I respect the hustle.

But online business will be far more easier for you - your cashflow and etc.

The most simple way is to get work -> Outsource.

I mean - it's not that big of a deal to find freelancers that need work.. but first things first you need to focus on getting the work. But again - how you will go about getting clients? They surely won't come to you alone - and let me tell you.. getting clients is as time-consuming as filling out the work (unless you have built lead generation funnel).
 
Also, you mentioned that dealing with clients is time-consuming.. well let me tell you that it is not if you set up clear expectations and you don't work for $3/hr type of clients.

You need premium clients that will pay you for your time just for being on the call with them. And really - delegation + calling with a client from time to time is not that time consuming.

You can literally spend 5 hours every week on such a thing and bring in 2k every month with the right client.
 
Your study will take many of your time.
You would be better to do somthing related to your major.

Seems good enough I still have summer a couple of months to learn a skill so I'm going to have a look at that

I'm currently learning the basics of SEO and do know how to build websites, most of them are just landing pages + online stores but I have a good grasp of building websites on several CMS. I have tried to outsource people on Fiverr but that was a shit show.

I know the dirty side of this biz and thought that I would be able to just AFM my way through this. Build a website, start Gads and when clients come just outsource a girl that can receive clients at home/drive to the client with the agreement of stably bringing in clients + taking 30% commission. I thought I had a great business plan, but I had overlooked that most girls wouldn't want to work for me as they can easily get clients by standing near the road.

I am currently growing my business and starting my own website social media and etc before I just worked for my local fiverr.

Start doing something that is related to the skills that you already know and have learnt. Sell your service in the marketplace.
 
It will require some investment on your side but you can start a few websites/blogs about what you study (med) and fill them with content. see where this leads you.
