If done well you should get traffic in hours. If you don't, you either have to adjust comment/niche/platform.
Plenty of guides here to do all that, plus a ton of methods that still work.

Don't expect for any method to work flawless from first try. Test, adjust, test, adjust. Eventually you will profit.

Well I assume you are copy-pasting the news which wont generate any traffic. Despite that, news niche is really hard to get in. I can see english is not your native language and your news blog requires a proper grammar if you re-writing them by yourself. I'd suggest you to upload games, softwares, cartoons, anything you can find under CCO ( Copyright free ) and promote them on forums, related blogspots even search for dead-links to promote yours. You could also share them from public domains and not upload by your self at all.
