Need help from Indian Paypal Users.

Hi I just now striked a deal with a buyer in twitter. He is from nigeria and wants to pay me via paypal.
I have a paypal business account verified with bank and debit card and gstin. The thing is as I was reading terms and conditions. It said you can't send money to India. So my question is.. Is it okay to receive money from nigeria? Will I get the money or will it be rejected by paypal? I don't understand they got me verified and everything and it is written as can't send money to India. Or Did I read wrong?
