Need Help From Admins

I would like to request for help from admins since I think my IP was banned and was unable to load BHW. I dont know why. I am using my broadband connection to post my request. I hope the admins will provide help since I cant think of any reason why my IP will be banned. I am hoping that this will be resolved soon. Thanks in advance.

There's a thread about this already. Many Ip addresses (public proxies) got banned to avoid creating several user accounts.
