Need Help from a WP site flipper

Hi all,

Hoping someone that flips sites can help. I have 17 autoblogs up for auction right now and I have 2 decent offers-so I need to start the transfer process on my end.

I have never flipped a site before.

The sites are created with wordpress and I host on hostgator.

I buy domains through zuxm.com. So if the buyer gets an account at zuxm it will be a free push of domains.

Can somebody tell me the process of how do you go about transfering the domains & sites?

Do I push the domains first? *I know how to do that part.

Then the blogs-what do I do there?

I am not honestly familiar with this myself. I would guess the easiest way would be to transfer the domain (via epp), then create a backup of the site and database, then ftp it to their host...

I can easily switch sites to different hosts, but never sold a domain. Always either got it blacklisted or kept it.

If you are going to be flipping many sites I suggest taking things a step further. There are a number of income streams you can add before you ever sell it -- that also increase the blogs value.

Mix up those two concepts to make your own plan and you'll do well. No reason you can have every blog you make turn into several hundred dollars in your pocket before your done.

I finally got it figured out. Had to use Google a little but got it.

I had 17 autoblogs and sold them within 2 months of making them. I couldn't get them to make money for nothing. Very stressful. Anyway-I now have a better idea of what sells (thanks to this forum).

So I guess $180.00 for a little time was worth the effort and I can reproduce again and again.

@stmadeveloper-I bookmarked those links to look at later-I have to go to my day job.
