It doesn't have to be a custom theme, but they change the theme name in style.ccs

I could say both methods were very pretty and easiest way to find out the name of the theme.

If you aren't after that exact style but something similar search on Themeforest either for 'infinite scrolling' or 'pinterest.

You'll find better ones than the one you have highlighted.
