Navigate site's crawl fetch as Google,
Paste your URL, click fetch,
Then click submit to index your URL.

@dhrpatel - be careful on one thing: majority of Web 2.0 have IPs based in US. if for a particular keyword you want to get ranked in France, then majority of your backlinks should be having IPs from France; if you end up with most of them being from US, while your competitors have most of them from France, then those guys will have an easier time ranking.

to see what i am talking about, go to semrush, and pick a site that is ranked at the top for a difficult keyword. go to country widget and you will see % of backlinks form dif countries
for example: https://www.semrush.com/analytics/backlinks/refdomains/?q=blackhatworld.com&searchType=domain / you will see the country widget here.
