Hello guys,
I need to verify my PayPal account with VCC.
Now i tried UK,Canada and USA PayPal with vcc but they REQUIRE BANK ACCOUNT/VBA to verify they cant be verified only with a simple VCC.
Tell me countries of paypal where we can get verified only using a simple virtual credit card. no need of VBA there.

Hey guys , ive got the same problem,

And can anybody tell me where i can get vcc to buy a paypal account..?

Do you know how i can get one ?

I need a paypal verify.

But ive got a paypal account with money on it but its not verifyd..

Hello,

French PayPal accounts only need a VCC to get verified.
However if you want a US Verified PayPal account,
I can help you.

Hi,
I've got the same prob , paypal is not veryfied in some countries and it is impossible to verify it if your country is not allowed also they detect all kinds of proxies

I can tell you the Technique of how to get verified by Paypal and Alert Pay.You can have Unlimited number of Verified Paypal Accounts for free using this Technique even if you dont have Credit Card or Bank Account.Private Message me if you want to know the Technique. Thankx
