Need Help for Paypal

Dear BHW,

One of my foreign friend helped me to open a Paypal acc. as it is not supported in my country. But now it asks for phone number verification and it's not possible all the time to get my friend available. So, how can I do it on my own?

If I buy a paypal account from service providers then may I get rid from verification issues?

I have few ideas.

1. What about using VPN? But Paypal might detect this and maybe they would ban such behaviour.
2. You can use online numbers for verification. I'm using this kind of service all the time for accounts I don't want to be connected to personally. But it is shared with a lot of other people so be careful.
3. There's a lot of alternatives to Paypal, eg. Venmo or even Crypto
4. Maybe you need this verification only when you're logging in a new device for the first time from new IP. So it should be fine then.

I login to Paypal only with my password, no need for phone verification. Hope you solve your issue.

yes option number 4 is correct but yet it gets late to reach my friend and I need to wait 1-2 days. So, I was looking for another way

Yes, thats is the main of problem.

Why not buy account that already pass verification, instead to create a new one

actually verification asks everytime when I login from new browser.

I’m sure that there are other strategies that could work for you as well but when i was in a similar position I asked the person who set it up on my behalf to change the mobile number to a new sim and then post it to me. admittedly it cost a lot to receive the verification message but it was worth it as I only needed to use it once or twice a month.
hope you find a solution that works.
