need help for google my business

A friend of mine has a business and he has a GMB only in India.
He wants GMB in USA, and Canada too, as he has office over there too
but the problem is can I Make GMB with the same name for these 2 Locations??
His headquarters is in Canada and his Office in the USA and India.

Any suggestion How do I create GMB for these

Hey

As long as he has an address in USA and Canada he is good to go. Same name and even same phone number is no issue.

The possible reason for your phone number not getting verified can be Google is not able to verify that this phone number belongs to your business. Google verifies this information from its data aggregators information.
From Data aggregators, it means:

• Through business directories like Justdial, Yelp, and many more
• Social media
• Your own Website
• Through Customer feedback and suugestions.

So if you are not able to verify your business phone number try making business citations, add the phone number to your social media accounts, if you own a website add NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) to it.

After doing this submit your phone number again and wait for some days, if it does not get verified use Google support.
