Hey everyone,

I’m facing a bit of a problem with Facebook and would appreciate some advice. One of my pages and a group were suspended recently, and I wasn’t given a clear reason for it. All my other pages are in good standing (green), and my profile and Ads Manager are fine as well. I spend around $4,000 to $5,000 monthly on ads, but the suspended page and group weren't running any ads.

The issue now is that I can’t post on any other pages for 28 days, and I also can’t add another admin to help manage them. It’s making it tough to keep things running smoothly.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any advice on how to get my posting rights back or resolve the issue?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Have you checked to see if your site might be restricted?

Yes i made appeal and case is complete, fb agent told me that my page with restriction is correct and my problem will be solved. But still nothing

It's painful to see your FB account (in good standing) getting restricted for apparently no reason at all. Looks like you'll have to take the hit and wait it out till they restore your access.

If you don't get a clear reason, you can file an appeal or request a review of Facebook's decision. You can do this through the Facebook Help Center.

Your Facebook has been restricted. You can file a complaint with Facebook. However, the resolution depends on the severity of the violation.

You should complain to Facebook but you need to upload a citizen ID photo of the Facebook profile you are using to have a higher recovery rate.

Facebook may automatically reconsider after a period of time, especially if you have not committed any serious violations. During this time, please ensure strict compliance with policies. The problem you're experiencing is not uncommon, and many large site managers experience similar situations. Hope you have your access restored and working normally soon!

Please appeal, and make sure your pages are not tainted.

Here are some steps that might help:

1. Appeal the Suspension

Go to Facebook’s Support Inbox or Help Center and look for any notifications about why your page/group was suspended. There’s usually an option to appeal the decision. Provide as much detail as possible, highlighting your ad spend and the good standing of your other pages.

2. Check Violations

Sometimes, even minor or automated mistakes can trigger flags. Make sure no admins or users of your page/group posted something that could violate Facebook’s guidelines. Review past posts and group activity closely.

3. Reach Out to Facebook Business Support

Since you're spending a considerable amount ($4,000–$5,000 monthly), you might have access to Facebook’s Business Support. Open a case through Facebook Business Help and request clarity on the issue. They tend to respond faster to businesses with active ad spending.

4. Wait and Manage Expectations

If Facebook has locked your account for 28 days, it might be tough to resolve quickly. However, continuing to appeal or reaching out through multiple channels (Business Support, Ads Manager) may help speed things up.

5. Prevent Future Issues

Once the suspension is lifted, make sure to audit the content, admins, and activity across your pages and groups. Even small things can sometimes trigger an account review, especially in groups where user-generated content is involved.

I hope these steps help, and hopefully, you'll get your posting rights back sooner!

You should continue to pursue an appeal. Next time remember to add administrator rights with one or two backup accounts to avoid risks.
