need help for develop android app

my question is how to develop new Andriod app
can anybody explain each and every step ??

You need first learn java language to be able to develop android apps or you can develop using c# with Xamarin

I dont wanna sound negative, but you find several great sources on the internet how to develope XY. When it comes down to being a developer a huge part is just research and putting the little pieces of knowledge together. Nobody will serve you this learning process on a silverplate. If you are familiar with javascript, you should take a look at react native or phonegap / cordova. Good Luck
