Need help for creating a Paypal / Online Banking account

Hello everybody, I'm new to the site and I hope you guys can help me with a long standing problem I've had for a few years.

I'm fromTurkey and we had Paypal in our country until a few years ago, then they had some problems with the goverment and decided to stop giving their services to Turkey so we can not use anything ebay/paypal services.

I'm mostly doing freelance stuff on the internet and most of the time, I'm asked to use a paypal account for both payment or to receive money. I did some research and there were some guides suggesting to buy a mobile verification service and a online address to register a new paypal account, giving them the impression that I live outside. I couldn't do it properly tho, I found some mobile verification service but not the address/documents needed. I would appreciate if you can help me about this paypal issue or any other methods you would suggest to use paypal.

Also another thing is I would like to make an online bank account (outside of Turkey) to use but is there any recommendations you would give? I tried N26 but they dont give services to Turkey. I registered a transferwire account and waiting for it's verification.

If you can create a landing page, why not use a payment processor like Stripe + a simple landing page with services you provide, price and buy now button?

I'm sorry to say that but I have no idea what that is ^^ I'll check Stripe, but simply people send me direct payments and most of the time just ask if I have paypal or not. If I cant supply them a paypal account, they just dont bother with other methods and decide not to buy or too scared for other methods.

Ah I see what you mean, this is a good option but still doesnt solve my need for a paypal account unless people can pay with their paypal account on Stripe. Is that possible? And do I have to own a business (pay taxes) to use Stripe?
