Need Help for adwords campaign for CPA

It is impossible to tell, but in the nutshell, it looks like this:

keywords -> as copy -> landing page -> lead (email) capture -> your offer -> email marketing to your captured leads.

Every step is the topic to discuss on its own...

If I'm using cloaking I can do it? Can you give me proper guideline?
 
Create a WH page which can run easily on adwords .
Warmup it for 2-3 days
Add your BH Keywords
Add your BH AD Copy
Pause WH Camp
Cloak your BH Camp.

Can you give me full guideline? It's possible?
 
Teaching and Mentorship is not allowed over BHW . I have given you basic points start playing with them .

Also , in this methods you will loose number of adwords accounts before getting successful camp running.
