Need Help Finding The Right Program... Not Method

Today I was doing some brain storming and thought of a new method in which I can make a couple bucks hopefully every day using. I am not positive if this method has been posted but it sure doesn't look like it since I have done a search or two for anything relating.

I have set everything up now and all that I have left to find is a program in which I could make cash from pet owners. I would preferably like something that was just an easy email submit if possible that would interest pet owners. If anyone has anything of this sort please let me know.
