need help finding high pay offers - email submit ONLY!

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for good offers with great network (which are trustworthy)
It really doesn't matter which nich the offers are related. they just have to be single opt-in with only an email or name+email submit to convert!
a person puts his email (or name and email) and I get paid.

Any suggestions?

usually such offers have Affiliate Programs with lockers in their offerwall list

well usually, email sumit / zip submit come with survey to complete, meaning after putting your email & info you have to complete a small survey to get the conversion.

That is my experience with email submit.

I use cpagrip and I found it hard to convert
