Need Help Finding a Russian Domain Registrar

I am wanting to transfer and keep some of my domains offshore, preferably in Russia. Any Russians here? Or has anyone else done this and if so could you please provide some help.

I know only webnames.ru, but Russia is not offshore and will close you if you do something illegal and they get compaints. I heard some China sellers do not care about it, but I had a domain where I hosted OEM (warez) software shop and it was closed.
