Need HELP Fast with Shipping something to Germany

I need help. I received an pretty large order for a product that I need to ship to Germany. I am located in the US. The website only accepts PayPal, and I cannot add the German address as the ship-to address. I tried paying using my debit card and not using a paypal account but I still couldn't ship to germany. Any suggestions/help would be great!

The problem is that the guy ordered expedited shipping (an extra $20), and I would rather have it be shipped right to him. I tried upgrading my paypal account to 'Business' but that didn't do anything.

even if he ordered expidited, he would still be expecting 10-14 days from USA so still time to get it to you and on to him
