Need Help? Everything Has To Be So Difficulty...

I have a site that I am using as my landing page and put WP Profit Builder on it. What I am trying to is get GetResponse setup on it. I copied the HTML code for a web form Get Response and put into the form code on WP Profit builder. When I preview the site and go through the steps the site acts as if I hadnt put getresponse on it and basically does nothing. The getresponse has a custom thank you page and it doesnt direct me to it nor am I getting the email on my list.

I know I am a bit confusing but I appreciate everything. Thanks.
