Need help editing themeforest News Time template

Anyone know how to edit this template WordPress? I want to remove the "News Time" heading
at the top left of the theme but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Please let me know if you have a solution.

Which template is it? There is no "News Time" template on the themeforest site. There is the
a "News Magazine 24"
