Need help ebay windows key bad feedback

this morning i woke up and seen that someone bought 2 windows keys never paid and left feedback the feedback said. "Want to play". and the other said "Not only you can report understand. i have never reported someone or anything like that i just try to go five dollars less then my competiion. also there was two otheres that list the same way i do and there not on there. they only sell the keys and i guess they got band these two comments brought my rating from 97% to 90% is there anything i can do

Ok i list like 35 items a week and 3 or 4 of thos a week have been windows keys. this was the first part did not post for some reason

Just follow eBay's steps for resolving the issue

So basically, someone is mad that your selling Windows keys. If they didn't buy the item, they are not allowed to leave negative feedback. Resolving the issue is very easy, contact Ebay.

you've literally just got to list more items and obtain more good feedback.
the percentages are only jumping due to the fact you've sold few items.

If they did not pay all you need to do is report a non paying bidder 7 days or so after the auction. Then ebay gives them time to pay. If they do not pay then you you can file close the case and get the feedback automatically removed.
