I am very experienced with this. What you have to do is set the shipping to "Shipping from out of USA" You can do this when creating your listing. Make sure it is clear that you are a USA seller but your good are shipped from outside of USA, if you don't make this clear ebay can ban you. Write up an awesome "about us" part in the listing saying that to give the customer low prices you get your items shipped directly from your manufacturing facility which is located in "Asia" (im assuming). Tell them how long it will take and why it is coming from another country.

Make sure that if the value are expensive that they might have to pay customs duties and fees to get customs to clear the item.
