Need help creating website for crackrevenue

Basically I want to make an adult website where I upload videos so people can watch and add crackrevenue offers, but i dont know what host and domain to use, and I'm also not the best website programmer

It's illegal to upload videos so you're gonna have to go for offshore dmca ignore hosting. I like blueangelhost for that. Then you'll have to buy a player like jwplayer to play videos that you've uploaded or you can build one yourself but sicne you don't have the skills it's better to buy one. Or you can use sites like openload.co to host the videos. You can also use google photos to upload videos but it's tricky and you might get banned. If you're gonna upload videos on your own server you'll need a powerful dedicated server or vps. Once you get more traffic you'll have to upgrade as well.

I don't recommend you upload your own videos unless you have the technical skills required to maintain a streaming server.

I used to do something similar some time ago (and also made money from it).
My domain was hosted by Arvixe. Never had a problem with them, but their cpanel interface wasn't that easy to understand those days, but back then i was quite new to IM.

Advise:
Try not to host the videos on your website, because you'd need a private server with loads of space. Shared hosting (the cheaper alternative) will not do it.
You should get a script which can auto-embed videos from your favorite sites. Worked nice for me.
Set up cron jobs for updating your page once daily and have fun.
