Need Help Creating TikTok Video with Different Preview vs Playback Frames

I’m looking for someone with experience in video creation and TikTok optimization. I need help creating a video where TikTok shows one set of frames in the preview (like a gradient or a different image), but during playback, the user sees a different video.

There’s a theory that TikTok plays videos at 25fps but if you upload a video at 50fps, the extra frames might get processed differently. This could trick TikTok into showing one set of frames for the preview and another for the actual playback. It might involve keyframe manipulation and mixing different frame rates in one video.
