Need Help Creating My Website

I am running a small IM agency in a foreign country and would like to expand to English speaking clients outside of this country. I am currently expanding my (foreign) staff and moving offices...and I am just too busy to set this up.

I have a domain and server with Wordpress as well as a paid theme running. I am hoping to find someone who can just do the whole nine yards for me - that is including content. Content should be fairly easy as it will be a generic digital marketing agency website. I can do more detailed content editing later on when I have free time, but I would just like the website up and running and ready to take orders.

I need to have the website be in 2 languages, obviously I am only asking for the English side. Polylang or some other app can be installed and I can add the foreign language content later on.
