Need Help Creating LR account

Heya,

I need some help getting Liberty Reserve account as i have no experiance with it, seems too complicated to me.
If there's anyone who can help me out with it, i'll be greatly thankful

or i can even pay you for that ..

As i need to pay someone via Liberty Reserve only, doen't accept Paypal.

Well, I don't know what kind of help you need; if it's the order of things you need to do then here goes:

register on Liberty Reserve

use an 'exchanger' to put some money into your liberty reserve account, they have a list of people who offer an exchange service (under 'Buy/Sell LR' in the menu on their site), I personally have only used WM-Center (it's the first one on the list and has been around longest)
so this step, over "wm-center dot com/buy" you can enter the amount of money you'd like to receive in LR funds, and they'll tell you how much you'd have to pay them for 'exchanging' the money for you. you fill out your details, and then transfer them money the way you find easiest (the quickest is through western union), you can do a bank transfer but that will take longer plus they will want to see a copy of your passport..

ps liberty reserve charges a 1% fee for receiving funds, so if you'll be needing to pay someone 100$, make sure you exchange 103$ when transferring it into you LR account
