I'm experimenting with writing a software to create email accounts automatically, and would like help creating a list of good-quality email service providers. I've found a couple, they are:

I'm looking for "middle-area" email providers; those that are less likely to spot fake, mass-created accounts (not gmail, not hotmail), and yet not explicitly "temporary" (like guerilla mail) that are blacklisted from forums and other sites that require email registration.
