I am looking for some help creating a proxy server. I would like to buy a block of IPs from my isp and use them as proxies. Please pm me and let me know if this can be done and your price quote.

there are professionals there that do that all day long.
 
I need to create another dedicated proxy server. Would like to find someone to set one up for me and/or show me how to do it.
