Need help convincing parents

Hey BHW... Not sure if right section but I can't think of any section to post this at so here goes...

I just finished high school and want to go to college.
The thing is, my parents don't want me to continue studying but to go work outside and take care of my 2 younger siblings
I can understand why they don't want to let me go to college... I mean, my family's not rich and all, so if they pay for my college fees, they won't have enough for my siblings...
I'll be applying for scholarships, but there's no guarantee that I can get one, especially since I am not active in co-curricular activities and don't have the right "connections" ahem...
I will only know in a few months time whether I got the scholarship or not, so I'm planning to use these few months to earn money online to pay for my college.

So, I've started doing PPD and earned 200 so far, which is not a lot but I'm planning to reinvest them in domain and hosting.
The problem is, I'm under 18 and can't get a Payoneer to cashout, and my parents thinks anything "make money online" means scamming people (thanks mmo gurus) and refused to make one for me... I'm not too sure about making an account with fake info because it might get limited anytime and I really don't want to risk it :|

Another thing is, I'm currently using fake "generators" niches, except that instead of giving them a exe file, I give them a pdf explaining how to get whatever they were looking for (lalala generator the exe -> how to get lalala the pdf) with a mini disclaimer on the site ofc
Is something like that legal? If it's considered scamming then uhh I don't have much grounds to argue with my parents then

I'd appreciate any advice on what to do, this is really stressing me out since I'd rather not do "illegal" things that could bite me in the back someday :/

That's why just get a paypal account and send money to it directly. Is there no other way you could send out a payment?

I'd recommend you to go with amazon affiliate program, but if you want to succeed you'd need some cash to invest (100$ would do). About the payoneer, I made it on my mother's name and she never knew about it, I went to pick it myself from the postal office when it arrived, if you can do this go ahead.

Edit: saw you got 200 bucks, if you got them in paypal:
•buy a catchy domain name (try to get something related to winter holidays, even if it's a bit late you could earn something)
•find some cheap hosting
•buy a decent amazon affiliate store theme for WP or download a good one if you can find it

Some tips : concentrate on something specific for winter holidays such as christmas gifts/clothing/fireworks/toys, stuff like that, you could go with a multi-niche site (posting products from more categories) or you could go with a single niche (posting products from 1 category, for example : laptops). For the domain I recommend you to get something with no dashes and not too long for ex. cheaplaptops.xxx or laptopdeals.xxx, you get it.

BTW: Be aware that amazon does not use paypal, you will need a credit card :

I guess the same thing goes when you receive the payments from them, haven't really checked as I have a payoneer and I know that it works with them for sure.

Anything that has to do with Fake cracks/hacks/gens etc is illegal. I know none of them work but the concept of patching/hacking into a software is against all internet laws. But it never hurt me. Millions of others doing the same stuff.

There is very little stuff on the internet that you can do with the dignity of having a 'white collar'. Almost everything, including CPA and PPD includes enticing or manipulating users to click on your links. On which scale you do it is a whole new story.

I'd suggest that you keep from your parents what you are actually doing on the internet. I know it seems kind of awkard but there is no way you could convince them that acting like a hot girl on facebook and earning money is legit.

That was some time ago, and looking at his options I wouldn't think twice about it: commit ''identity theft'' against your mother or fail in your life and be one of the dudes a shitty job for the rest of your life even if you could have much more than that.
BtwI got my own payoneer now, no big deal. If he is under 18 he can still get a credit card and activate it for online payments, but if he will use it with paypal he will have problems in case his account gets limited.

Ask your parents to just subsidise the first 3 months of college so that you have time to find an offline job and sustain yourself.

I'm using Cleanfiles so no Paypal, heard Payoneer's pretty strict with new accounts, and I don't live in the US so can't direct deposit either.
I would have used a BST service to get a verified Paypal account, but the problem is I don't even have an account to buy the service in the first place! ...which is the biggest stumbling block for me now

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have a very good idea on what to do with the 200 bucks already.
Making a card on my parent's name without their permission is going to make them think that I've "gone bad" and they'll probably confiscate my computer, which means no more making money online, which is what I'm trying to avoid.
The whole reason why they're objecting to this is because they think I'm trying to become a fraudster...... and doing that is definitely going to give credence to their theory.

Can't join the army either, I've got a health problem so they won't accept me even if I want to.

Yeah, that's why I'm disguising my guides as "generator".
I am actually promoting game guides (that happened to be titled "generator" ahem) that teaches users how to get coins legally through questing etc, I've no doubt the content is legal, but whether the "misleading" marketing is illegal and considered scamming.

I don't plan to do CPA/PPD forever, just using it to earn quick cash to leverage myself to other ventures. Thanks for the suggestion about keeping it from my parents, though my parents are really sharp people and will interrogate every single detail if I tell them that I need a Payoneer account.

My parents are kinda traditional and feels that the eldest should work to support the younger ones (which means they're also very very stuborn and feel that they "know" best)
The thing is, I'm not from the US, so the most pay I can get from an offline job is 300usd (shitty currency yeah) and 10 months can pay for 1 semester only. I'm trying to take advantage of the bigger US currency that I can earn online so that I can earn enough for the whole course.


Thanks for the suggestions, nevertheless. I'll try to stick with free resources in the meantime, hopefully I'll be able to find some alternative to receive payments soon.

Maybe you could show them exactly what it is that you're doing to make that money and once they see you're not "scamming" people to make it then maybe they'll open the account for you.
