Need help converting Adwords and Facebook Ads

hey guys, Im working in one of the biggest Ad companies in my country - have a daily budget for Facebook and Adwords more than 50.000$

I have a way how to spend 500$ /day on myself in Adwords and please give me ideas how to convert it better

That is testing budget - so my company gives it for FREE.
