How do I contest a take down when the complaining party won't respond to contact?

Only email provided is: Email: [email protected]

Also what are good ways to get a copyright reversed, should I pay them? should I get a lawyer involved and directly contact Instagram Instead? Thanks!!

Does anyone here know a Counter DMCA Service that can help me remove a DMCA Copyright Claim on my Instagram Meme Page?

The content is on your main page or some secondary page?
 
Hi, they seems to be a bogus email . I got a group and page taken down too and no success in contacting them . I did contact Walmart who they claim to be and Walmart said they are not part of Walmart at all. So with that I am hoping Facebook will give my group back . Did you have any luck ? Please share your deeds if you did ! Thank you !

I still had no luck with fb or instagram they are not backing out . Even though I have sent many proof of this fraudulent report . I also found out people who works on Facebook selling actives groups and pages that was deactivated by fb. So good luck I am getting a lawyer involved since I found my own group for Sale and I took print screen to open a claim ! Let me know if you had any luck !

Though luck, didn't heard someone to reverse that back
