NEED HELP - Content Locker

This might be a stupid question to ask but I have recently setup a website and would like to add a content locker, I have downloaded the file for this but I don't know exactly where to upload it to, do I have to make a new folder first or something?. If it helps it is a php file which I got from OGads.com
