If anyone has experienced this problem and can help it would be very much appreciate!

Problem - I manage a clients WordPress travel site. All was fine and dandy until Wordpress started an update late last year. Usually these updates are fine but Recaptcha V3 also came into play. The site uses Contact Form 7 and the data is collected by Flamingo.

  • All of a sudden normal emails started being put in the spam folder of Flamingo. Some would get through fine and others not - so any in spam would not be sent on to the clients email.
  • Then I would notice multiple copies of the same emails in both the spam and normal folder. So have no idea if the emails have been forwarded on to the client as they could have been classed as spam??
So I have no idea what is going on. Is it a problem with Recaptcha? Flamingo? Contact Form 7? Has anyone else experienced this and found an easy solution?

Is there another contact form plugin that works well with Recpatcha V3 (for free) that I could replace Contact Form 7 and Flamingo?

I do not like reverting back to old versions of plugins so any advice would be appreciated!!! Real advice please!!!
